Our Deputy Designated Saeguarding Lead (DDSL) is Melanie Ricketts. Mel has over 20yrs experience of working within schools in Dorset.
The role o the DDSL is to:
- support the DSL’s legal responsibility for dealing with safeguarding issues
- providing advice and support to staff
- liaise with the Local Authority and a range of other agencies.
