Kick off the Christmas season and get yourself in a festive mood with a workshop at Willow Banks Forest School. An evening with friends,  a mince pie, and a demonstration by our staff.
Following which you will be helped, step by step to create your own beautiful wreath to take home and put pride of place, on your front door  for the whole Christmas period and beyond.
Fresh foliage and an assortment of decorations will ensure you have a wreath to display proudly.

 Each session costs £25 per person

Following which you will be helped, step by step to create your own  table decoration to take home and put pride of place, on your dining table for the whole Christmas period and beyond.
Fresh foliage, an assortment of decorations, ensures you have table decoration to be proud of.

Each session costs £25 per person 

Make your Easter table stand out from all the rest, with a homemade table decoration. 

An evening in our idyllic setting with friends, a glass of wine or soft drink and olives, whilst you watch a demonstration.

Following this you will be helped, step by step to create your own unique table decoration.

Using natural materials you will begin by creating a beautiful birds nest, you can display it within a basket, on top of bark, a wooden round, the choice is yours.

 Fresh foliage and an assortment of decorations will ensure you have a table decoration that you can display with pride.  

 Each session costs £20 per person and includes refreshments. 

A hands on workshop for anyone who is interested in creating a variety of small items from willow, it is suitable for anyone aged over 14 years.
You will be making a selection of fish, birds, flowers and dragonfly's, great for decorating your home and garden.
Please note that working with willow can be tiring on the hands and will be difficult for you to do if you have conditions such as arthritis.

All tools and materials are included along with refreshments and cakes.

Cost per person for a 2 hour session is £20

 A hands on workshop learning to work with wood in its natural state, using traditional tools and techniques. 

Using  knives, axes, draw knives, shave horses and lathes to create keepsakes to take home.

This workshop is suitable for beginners and for those with a little woodworking experience who want to practice and expand their skills.
Hot drinks and cake provided.
